Vinyl Windows

Vinyl windows have dominated the residential retro-fit market because they are custom made and tilt in for easy cleaning. As such, they do not necessitate all the extra work that wood windows require.

There are all different grades of vinyl windows and we believe that if you cannot actually see the quality, it simply is not there. A top quality vinyl window is a great alternative to wood, but you must be careful with the grade of vinyl windows as there are many to choose from.

Marvin Wood Windows

There are hundreds of different manufacturers of wood windows. We believe Marvin is the best made window on the market. They offer an extruded aluminum clad exterior with a commercial grade Kinar finish which cuts down fading and chalking of the finish. They mortis the joints like furniture and although they do not offer many may call bells and whistles Marvin makes a top quality window.

Pella Wood Windows

Pella on the other hand makes a good window but their higher end Designer Series is a one of a kind. These windows are triple glazed which makes this unit the highest R-value in wood windows. The triple pane also allows mini blinds or shades to be enclosed in- between the panes.

No one else offers this option and although costly, you are actually buying windows and window treatments together. Pella is one of the most recognized wood windows in the country. Pella makes good, better, best, and they also make vinyl replacement windows.

All wood windows need to be stained or painted on the interior and we offer a service to pre-stain or paint the windows for an additional cost. This saves you time and eliminates the odor of stain and urethanes in your home, as you will not need to paint or stain after the windows are installed.
